Design Tools

We provide online design tools that allow you to create custom designs for ties, caps, and beanies. These tools are provided "as is" and are for illustrative purposes only. The final product will be manufactured based on specifications confirmed during our consultation process.

Quote Service

We offer a quote request service for custom bulk orders. Quotes are not binding until formally accepted by both parties and a purchase order or contract is signed.

Custom Manufacturing

All custom products are made-to-order based on your approved specifications. We work with trusted manufacturing partners to produce high-quality custom apparel.

Ordering Process and Payment

Quote Requests

• Quote requests do not constitute binding orders
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Prices may change based on material costs and design complexity
• Minimum order quantities apply (typically 25 units)

Order Confirmation

An order is only confirmed when:

• You have approved final design specifications
• A formal purchase order or contract is signed
• Payment (deposit or full payment) has been received
• We have sent you written order confirmation

Payment Terms

• Deposit (typically 50%) required before production begins
• Balance due before shipment
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, card payment, or as agreed
• All prices quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
• Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise

Design and Intellectual Property

Your Content

By uploading logos, images, or text to our design tools, you confirm that:

• You own all rights to the content or have permission to use it
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• You grant us license to use the content to manufacture your order
• Your content does not contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material

Copyright and Trademarks

We reserve the right to refuse orders that:

• Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Contain branded logos without proper authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Design Retention

We retain approved design files for 2 years to facilitate reorders. You retain ownership of your original designs and content. We will not use your designs for other customers without your explicit permission.

Production and Delivery

Production Times

• Standard production: 2-3 weeks from final approval and deposit payment
• Urgent orders: 7-10 days (subject to availability and additional fees)
• Timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances
• Delays due to design revisions or payment issues are not our responsibility

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs calculated based on destination and order size
• International orders may incur customs duties and taxes (buyer's responsibility)
• We provide tracking information for all shipments
• Risk transfers to buyer upon shipment unless otherwise agreed

Quality Control

We inspect all products before dispatch and provide approval photos. Minor variations in colour, pattern scale, or logo placement may occur due to manufacturing processes. Such variations within industry standards are not considered defects.

Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Returns

As all products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns unless:

• Products are defective or damaged upon arrival
• Products do not match approved specifications
• Manufacturing defects exist (excluding minor variations)

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refunds and Remedies

For valid claims, we will (at our discretion):

• Replace defective items at no charge
• Offer partial refund for minor issues
• Provide full refund if major defects prevent use

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Our total liability is limited to the value of your order
• We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure
• Design tool outputs are illustrative; final products may vary
• We are not responsible for colour variations due to screen differences

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Review and approve designs carefully before confirming orders
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Provide high-quality artwork and logos when required
• Inspect products upon delivery and report issues promptly
• Not misuse our design tools or website

You may not use our services to:

• Create designs containing offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our website or systems
• Resell or redistribute our design tools
